Terms of Use

Purple Base is a customer relationship management (CRM) and customer support (helpdesk) software, offered as SaaS (Software as a Service).

Access to the application requires creating an account. The user agrees to provide accurate information and to keep their login credentials confidential.

Each user is responsible for the use made of their account. Any activity carried out from an account is presumed to have been carried out by its holder.

The user agrees to use the service for its intended purpose, not to interfere with its operation, and to respect the rights of third parties in the data they enter into it.

The software, its structure and its code remain the exclusive property of the publisher. Data entered by the user remains their property.

The publisher takes reasonable measures to ensure the service is available, without guaranteeing continuous availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance.

The publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the service, nor for the content of data entered by users.

The user may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting borisveiga@gmail.com.

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts.

The publisher may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial changes.
